Paving a Pathway Scholarship

Last year, the Durango Education Foundation introduced its first juvenile restorative justice scholarship, entitled Paving a Pathway, which was created in conjunction with representatives of the Durango Police Department, La Plata Youth Services and Martin Family. The Paving a Pathway Scholarship is designed to assist students who at one point have been to Juvenile Court, held at DeNier Youth Detention Center or referred to LPYS Diversion Program and have the desire to change their lives through education. This scholarship wouldn't be possible without the help of the community and the Martin Family. Click here for more information.
